Part Numbers: 15-600 to 15-604 (non-NorthStar) and 15-605 to 15-609 (NorthStar). These are calibrated for tire size and elevation — if you are unsure which one your machine takes, email todd@hunterworks.com before ordering.

Common questions
I run tires larger than 32 inches — will this work?
If you are running tires over 32 inches, a clutch kit alone is not enough. You need gear reduction, either internal gears or a portal gear reduction, to handle that much tire without destroying belts and clutches. If you run larger tires and are not sure what you need, email Todd at todd@hunterworks.com before you order and he will tell you what the machine needs.
Which machines does this DuraClutch fit?
It fits 2021-2026 Polaris Ranger XP 1000, all models including NorthStar. Select your model in the drop down menu.
Does this include the secondary clutch?
No. This is the primary and belt only. If you want the full system with the secondary clutch, order the RXL Complete Clutch System instead.
What is the DuraClutch kit number?
DuraClutch RXL kits 15-600 to 15-604 for non-NorthStar machines and 15-605 to 15-609 for NorthStar. The exact number depends on your tire size and elevation. Email todd@hunterworks.com if you are unsure.
What's included in the kit?
A DuraClutch RXL primary clutch and a drive belt.
How is the RXL different from the stock clutch?
The RXL uses six internal rollers, a tuned ramp profile and a sealed shift cavity. Engagement is smooth and predictable instead of harsh, belt pinch force is more than double, and it runs lower cruising RPM, which means better fuel mileage and a quieter ride.
Does it need tuning or a clutch kit?
No. The kit comes calibrated for the machine it's listed for. Bolt it on and ride. If you run oversize tires or ride at high elevation, contact Hunterworks before ordering so Todd can tell you whether a different calibration is a better fit.
Do I need a primary clutch puller?
You need a primary clutch puller to get the stock primary off the crankshaft. If you don't already own one, let Hunterworks know and it can ship with the kit.
What belt does it use?
The kit includes its own DuraClutch belt. DuraClutch systems do not use the stock Polaris belt or a standard Hunterworks belt, so keep a spare DuraClutch belt on hand.
How do I install it?
It's a direct bolt-on. Remove the clutch cover, pull the stock primary, install the RXL primary with the supplied hardware and threadlocker, fit the belt, and reinstall the cover. Installation instructions are included.
Is there a warranty?
DuraClutch systems carry the manufacturer's warranty. Full terms are on the DuraClutch warranty page: https://www.duraclutch.com/support/duraclutch-warranty/ The DuraClutch belt itself is not warrantied.
