Canada/International Shipping

Canada orders are now shipping Fedex Express from our warehouse. Items that require drop shipping are shipped via the shippers favorite method. 

Due to COVID and the huge increase in online sales for all companies and shippers, we had to temporarily stop all international shipping, recently there was some changes in the trade agreements with the US and CA which allowed us to make a deal with Fedex Express on what is called Global One Rate. This info only applies to items shipped from here, not drop shipments that might have to be shipped via UPS.

Nice feature is one place to track versus using USPS, which is slower, and having to track your package through USPS and Canadian Post once it gets into CA.

The only international shipping we are presently doing is Canada.

This agreement affects the cost of the shipment, it lowers it.  The shipping amounts we give are the total on shipping, you will be responsible for brokerage if it applies, duties and taxes that will be collected on your end.  

The following are examples of average shipping costs on popular sized boxes we would be using to ship to CA:

16 x 12 x 4= $37 (Yamaha clutch sheave and slug kit)

18 x 8 x 4 =  $30 (Dalton kits and a belt maybe secondary rollers)

18 x 2.5 x 7.5 = $30 (Belt box that holds 2 belts)

14lbs, $600 item 13 x13 x 9 = $56.00  (Polaris secondary clutch and a Dalton kit)

12lbs, $400 item 13 x 13 x 9 = $54.00   (Polaris secondary clutch only.)

 

Small items such as Polaris secondary rollers only and Polaris alignment tools only, would be best to order them from our CA dealer www.cutterloose.ca

 

So when any Canada customers orders, you can either put in the extra information box during checkout that CA shipping is fine, go ahead and charge you for the shipping or wait until we email you with the amount to be approved by you then we charge you for shipping.
