What does this belt NOT fit?
It does not fit 2024 and newer RZR XP 1000s, which use a different belt (see the 2024-2026 RZR XP 1000 belt).
What OEM part number does this belt replace?
It replaces Polaris OEM part number 3211180. The Hunterworks part number is HW-921KC.
How is this different from the stock RZR XP 1000 belt?
This is the standard-dimension XP 1000 belt (standard means OEM dimensions, not standard duty). It is intended for faster riders. Hunterworks strongly recommends running it with the Hunterworks White Washer.
Is this belt made in the USA?
Yes. Hunterworks belts are made in the USA. Todd, the owner, designs every Hunterworks product, and you can contact him directly with clutching questions.
How do I break in a new Hunterworks belt?
Keep it at half throttle or less for the first 30 miles and let it go through a couple of heat and cool cycles so it seats in the clutch faces. It fully limbers up over the first 100-200 miles, then ride it normally.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Hunterworks belts carry a limited warranty. Read the Belt Warranty page linked on this product before installing, since it covers what is and isn't covered.
How do I change the belt on a RZR XP 1000?
Remove the clutch cover, open the secondary clutch sheaves (a belt change tool makes this easier), walk the old belt off, install the new belt with the part number facing out, and reinstall the cover. Hunterworks has step-by-step videos for most machines on the Videos page and in the product description.
