Yes. The Hunterworks CF10GC fits every year and model of the CF Moto UForce U10 Pro, including the Highland and the U10 Pro XL.

No. The CF10GC is built for the U10 Pro clutches only. It does not fit the standard UForce 1000 or older UForce machines. Hunterworks makes separate belts for those; see the CF Moto collection.

It replaces the CF Moto OEM U10 Pro drive belt, part number 0NYV-054000-3000.

It is wider than stock and slightly longer to compensate for the width, thinner from top to bottom but made from a stronger material, and cut with a newer method for a quieter, truer-running belt. Engagement drops from about 2100 RPM to about 1600 RPM, which gives smoother takeoffs with less jerk, and belt temperatures run about 30 degrees cooler.

Not usually. The shims go on the back half of the secondary clutch to center the belt between the clutches. If you see the belt riding to one side or wearing unevenly, add one or two shims. Hunterworks has a video showing the alignment check and shim install.

Yes. The CF10GC is made in the USA, which is also why it costs less than the OEM belt: fewer hands touch it between the factory and your machine.

Keep it at half throttle or less for the first 30 miles and let it go through a couple of heat and cool cycles so it seats in the clutch faces. It fully limbers up over the first 100-200 miles, then ride it normally.

Remove the clutch cover, use the belt change tool on the secondary clutch to open the sheaves, walk the old belt off, install the new one, and reinstall the cover. Hunterworks has a step-by-step video for the U10 Pro and Highland linked on this page.
