Can-Am Clutch Tools

Clutch tools for Can-Am machines: pullers, holders, belt change tools, alignment tools and the rest of what a clutch job takes. These are sized for the clutches themselves rather than being general-purpose shop tools. Check the model and year on the product page before ordering, since the clutch hardware has changed over the years. If you are setting up to do your own clutch work, our clutch help center and YouTube channel walk through the jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions:

There are two pullers listed. Which one do I need?

One is listed for the new models and one is the general ATV and UTV puller. The newer machines use a P-Drive primary, which is why there are two. Work out which primary is on your machine before you order rather than guessing from the year.

I only want to change a belt. Do I need all of this?

No. A belt change tool is the only thing on this page a belt swap calls for, and there's a version for the secondary as well. The holder, puller, governor cup tool and spring compressor are for when you're taking the clutch apart.

What is the Build-A-Tool Package?

It lets you put together the tools for the job you're doing in one go instead of adding them one at a time. The listing shows what there's to pick from. Handy if you're starting with nothing and setting yourself up to do your own clutch work.

Why is there a Kawasaki Ridge tool on this page?

Fair question - it's a spring compressor, and it sits with the other compressors. If you have a Ridge, that's the one for you. For a P-Drive there's a compressor made specifically for it, so don't grab the wrong one on the way past.
