Hunterworks CVT Belts for CF Moto

The CVT belt is one of the hardest-working components on your CF Moto. It transfers power through the primary and secondary clutch under load, across varying terrain, and in conditions that put real stress on the drive system. When a belt wears or fails, performance drops fast, and you're not going anywhere until it's replaced.

Hunterworks CVT drive belts are available for the UForce 600, UForce 800 XL, UForce 1000/XL, UForce U10 Pro/U10 XL, ZForce 500/600, ZForce 800/950/1000, and CForce 400/600/800/1000 ATV platforms. Each belt is built to match the specific dimensions and load requirements of your machine. Check the product page for your model and year before ordering.

More CF Moto Accessories from Hunterworks

Beyond belts, this collection carries a CF Moto Clutch Holder Tool and Clutch Spring Compressor Tool for anyone doing CVT service work, along with Highlands weatherproof bed covers, rubber floor mats, sound deadening kits, a portal gear lift, a game loader winch bar, and a belt case for keeping a spare on the machine. Check the product pages for fitment and year details on each item.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Which CF Moto models do Hunterworks belts fit?

Hunterworks CVT drive belts cover the UForce 600, UForce 800 XL, UForce 1000/XL, UForce U10 Pro/U10 XL, ZForce 500/600, ZForce 800/950/1000, and CForce 400/600/800/1000 ATVs. Each belt is model-specific, so check the product page for your exact model and year before ordering.

How do I know when to replace my CF Moto CVT belt?

Common signs include sluggish acceleration, belt slippage, reduced throttle response, or a burning smell after strenuous use. CF Moto belts take a beating under load, especially on steep terrain or with larger tires. Keeping a spare belt on the machine means a failure in the field doesn't end your ride.

Are Hunterworks belts direct replacements for stock CF Moto belts?

Yes. Each Hunterworks CVT drive belt is built to the dimensions of the stock belt for your specific CF Moto platform. They install the same way and are designed to handle the same load requirements, with the quality and durability Hunterworks builds into every belt in their lineup.

Do you carry clutch kits for CF Moto?

Clutch kits for CF Moto are not currently available. For CVT service work, the CF Moto Clutch Holder Tool and Clutch Spring Compressor Tool are available in this collection. For belt and clutch questions, reach out to the team at orders@hunterworks.com.
